UWAGA!!! Do konkursu można zgłaszać wyłącznie fotografie wykonane przez człowieka. Zabronione jest przesyłanie zdjęć w całości lub w części wygenerowanych przez sztuczną inteligencję (AI) lub uzyskanych przy użyciu narzędzi do generowania obrazów na podstawie algorytmów sztucznej inteligencji. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do weryfikacji autentyczności zgłoszonych prac oraz do ich dyskwalifikacji w przypadku stwierdzenia naruszenia tego punktu regulaminu.

2. Warunki uczestnictwa

1. Konkurs ma charakter otwarty i skierowana jest do wszystkich miłośników fotografii
2. Uczestnicy mogą nadesłać maksymalnie 3 fotografie.
3. Pliki należy przesłać w formacie JPG, w rozdzielczości 300 dpi, gotowe do druku w maksymalnym formacie A4. Proporcje obrazu 1:1, 2:3, 3:4, 9:16 powinny zawierać się w formacie 21x30 cm.

5. Każde zgłoszenie musi zawierać:

3. Prezentacja i nagrody

• Jury wybierze fotografie do prezentacji w Galerii Witryna Łódzkiego Towarzystwa Fotograficznego, ul. Piotrkowska 102.
• Prace będą prezentowane 24 godziny na dobę w 
• Autorzy wyróżnionych prac otrzymają nagrody:
  • Złoty Kadr ŁTF + Medal ŁTF oraz 1000 zł
  • Srebrny Kadr ŁTF + Medal ŁTF
  • Brązowy Kadr ŁTF + Medal ŁTF
  • Dyplomy „Dobre Klaty ŁTF”

4. Jury

Fotografie oceni profesjonalne jury powołane przez Łódzkie Towarzystwo Fotograficzne – w jego skład wejdą członkowie ŁTF, ZPAF oraz ZPAP.

5. Prawa autorskie i odpowiedzialność

1. Uczestnik zgłaszający  prace oświadcza, że:
   • posiada pełne prawa autorskie do nadesłanych prac,
   • zdjęcia nie naruszają praw osób trzecich,
   • uzyskał zgodę osób widocznych na zdjęciach na ich publiczne udostępnienie,
   • w przypadku osób niepełnoletnich – uzyskał zgodę ich opiekunów prawnych.
2. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne roszczenia osób trzecich wynikające z naruszenia powyższych zasad.

6. Zakaz użycia AI
7. Zabronione jest nadsyłanie prac wykonanych lub wygenerowanych przy użyciu sztucznej inteligencji (AI) lub z jej istotnym udziałem (np. Midjourney, DALL·E, itp.).
8. Zgłoszenia zawierające takie prace będą dyskwalifikowane.
9. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych (RODO)

Zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 (RODO), uczestniczka wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych wyłącznie na potrzeby organizacji wystawy, kontaktu oraz publikacji wyników. Dane nie będą przekazywane podmiotom trzecim ani wykorzystywane w celach marketingowych.

8. Postanowienia końcowe

1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do nieodpłatnej publikacji nadesłanych prac (z podaniem nazwiska autora) w materiałach promocyjnych wystawy (strona internetowa, media społecznościowe, druk).
2. Przesłanie zgłoszenia oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.

Aim and Theme of the Competition

"Architecture Through a Lens"

The competition aims to promote photographic creativity, present the artistic achievements of its authors, and unite the photographic community around the shared idea of ​​documenting and interpreting urban space.

The theme of this year's edition is "Architecture Through a Lens" – a topic open to a wide range of interpretations, in which not only the form of buildings but also their cultural, social, and aesthetic contexts become a source of inspiration.

Architectural photography is much more than documenting structures. It is the art of capturing light, composition, the rhythm of form, and the emotions captured in the urban landscape. Competition participants were invited to present architecture as a living space – in its relationship with people, time, light, and detail.

Monumental buildings and icons of modern design, as well as modest, everyday architectural forms, may be the focus of attention. Captures that combine technical precision with artistic vision are particularly valuable, documenting reality in an unconventional and moving way.

The "Architecture Through a Lens" competition demonstrates how photography can become a tool for dialogue between people and space, revealing the beauty of geometry, the transience of light, the symbolism of form, and the traces of time imprinted on facades and the fabric of cities.

NOTE!!! Only photographs taken by humans may be submitted to the competition. Submissions of photographs generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence (AI) or obtained using image-generating tools based on AI algorithms are prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to verify the authenticity of submitted works and to disqualify them if any violation of this section of the regulations is found.

2. Conditions of Participation

The competition is open to all photography enthusiasts. Participants may submit a maximum of three photographs.

Files must be submitted in JPG format, at 300 dpi resolution, ready for printing in a maximum A4 size. The image aspect ratios of 1:1, 2:3, 3:4, or 9:16 should be included in the 21x30 cm format.

3. Presentation and Prizes

The jury will select photographs for presentation at the Łódź Photographic Society's Gallery, ul. Piotrkowska 102.

4. Jury

The photographs will be assessed by a professional jury appointed by the Łódź Photographic Society – composed of members of the ŁTF, ZPAF, and ZPAP.

5. Copyright and Liability

The participant submitting the work declares that:

• they hold full copyright to the submitted works,
• the photos do not infringe the rights of third parties,
• they have obtained the consent of the individuals visible in the photos to make them publicly available,
• in the case of minors – they have obtained the consent of their legal guardians.

The Organizer is not responsible for any claims from third parties arising from violations of the above rules.

6. Prohibition of Use of AI
7. Submissions of works created or generated using artificial intelligence (AI) or with a significant contribution thereof (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) are prohibited.

Submissions containing such works will be disqualified.

7. Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), the participant consents to the processing of their personal data solely for the purposes of organizing the exhibition, contacting them, and publishing the results. The data will not be transferred to third parties or used for marketing purposes.

8. Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to publish submitted works (with the author's name provided) free of charge in exhibition promotional materials (website, social media, print).

Submission of the entry constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
